I have teacher's ongoing now who will use it for classroom newsletters - some newsletter some eflash - it's so exciting and our defence aides are over the moon that they can send to the kids under the Defence tag I created. OneSchool has no functionality for them to pull an email list. It applies for all of our extracurricular groups - Defence, drama club, instrumental music groups, library monitors - such an easy way for those non classroom staff to communicate to their families. And the data is updated here when parents update with us over the counter (so no chance they are using an old OneSchool email address because they pulled a list at the start of term!) we love it. There are also parents who are not to receive correspondence and sometimes new (or non-tech savvy teachers) don't check that box - using ePub avoids all that as I make sure the data is clean and only those who should be getting emails receive them
